Mykel Portrait.jpg
Mykel Salerno

After years without a practice, Mykel returned to yoga in 2015. Through her practice, stress levels were drastically reduced, aches and pains were vanishing, and there was a new sense of light in her overall being. As someone who has always been passionate about healthy living Mykel decided to take her yoga experience to the next level with her teacher training.

Using her bubbly energy, her goal is to inspire students to commit to being their best, healthy, authentic selves. Aside from yoga, she enjoys being outside the most; hiking, rock climbing, road tripping, and attempting to be artsy. Let’s not forget the love for coffee and chips and salsa too!

Stuart Williams

After suffering from chronic depression for over 20 years, Stuart rebelled against the anti-hippy inside of him and gave yoga a shot. After experiencing an unusual and joyful awakening, he dropped his corporate career and journeyed on a spiritual quest. Stuart spent three years living in ashrams in Thailand and Mexico where he taught vinyasa, led kirtan and gave workshops on mantra, bhakti and yoga for mental health.

Having been an avid cyclist and triathlete before his yogic transformation, Stuart has a pair of broken knees and aims to provide inclusive classes that any body can enjoy. He teaches a simple vinyasa with classical postures.

Miranda Viorst

Miranda teaches what works. As a devoted student of the yoga tradition, Miranda has spent years digging with curiosity and passion into the pieces of the yoga practice that change people's lives. Inspired by dance, Qi Gong, and other internal martial arts, Miranda’s classes are created to transform you internally and externally, on physical and subtle levels.

Miranda teaches from heart, from laughter, from lived experience, and from her own academic research on Yoga for Healing Trauma. She concocts classes that offer the perfect blend of ancient wisdom and modern twist, sincerity and silliness, contemplation and play.

Ekat Portrait.jpg
Ekat Petrova

Ekat began practicing yoga 15 years ago, as conditioning for dance. Since then, she's become a full-blown yoga junky, obsessed with exploring every facet of yoga from the physical to the metaphysical, from asana to mantra to ancient Tantrik philosophy.

Ekat offers a powerful and expansive alignment-based vinyasa flow with creative sequencing and clear cues. Each class is a steady and soulful moving meditation that leaves students feeling grounded, empowered, and clear. In addition to teaching yoga, Ekat owns a personal leadership coaching business called Ruby Ray.
